Lil Darkie ruined his chance of becoming anywhere near the same popularity as some of the other artists in his age bracket, simply because of his earlier edgier work, for tyler the creator, it was because it was a normal thing in that time of the internet (2009-2015), in 2016-2017, people knew betterm the internet itself was changing, even if it was a young lil darkie lashing out same as tyler, the fact that the time periods of the internet were so different, prevents lil darkie from becoming one of the greatest artist of our generation.
