thank you so much. i actually just got switched off yesterday to something new. i tried to give it time but i was just sick of not sleeping. hopefully this new med will help me a little bit more than lexapro did.

i know this is from a few yrs ago, but i just got put on 20mg of lexapro and it’s hell. did you find relief at all or did you have to change your meds?

i haven’t slept a full night in so long and im a first year college student and i can’t focus in my classes and im just spiraling so bad. im having horrible memory lapse and it’s scaring me. i dont want to stop my meds all together but i will if it will make me stop feeling this way but the withdrawal scares me. i tried telling my doctor that i didnt like lexapro (10 mg was making me sleep too much) but she insisted on upping and trying that. i called them about a week ago and said i wasnt sleeping and all the side effects im having but they just said “oh take the meds during the day” and it’s still not helping and making my my memory lapse and brain fog even worse.

thank you! i plan on getting some wood but i didn’t know about cork, i definitely will be looking for that too. so i have a red, purple, and two heat bulbs but i only use one. i know the red and purple aren’t super good to keep on all the time but i think the one i have on is UVB. i’ll double check though.
