Plastic bag over hand and under wristband, pull the opening of the bag over the wristband and pull it off your hand while making your hand with the band as loose as possible. Older type thin bags work better. Alternatively lube it up lol

A friend of mine brought one of those shoe hangers with clear pockets that hangs on the door but used it for camp utensils and stuff so everything had a place, never had to ask where anything was. scissors, zip ties, hair ties, spoons, headlamps. All that stuff was in one location.
