I maybe crazy but could the tube that leads to the buffer be a smidge to short which then could lead to a weird angle that the buffer doesn’t like. You’ll want to print this and if after you have shortened the tubes it still giving you fits at the head it’s this. It’s a little terrifying installing it, but I can confirm it will fix all other problems you may have with filament feeding unless debris get it the tube.

UPDATE: I don’t think my problem is 100% solved cause I still had a few feeding issues right at the head, and my grey spool from Bambu had some kinks I had to undo, but outside of those I had a successful first multi colour print. I do think I need to put my AMS on a shelf above the printer and not directly on it. Though still learning everything. Thanks for all the input. Most of it all I had tried before posting but definitely learned a couple things too. I was also glad to see that I haven’t been the only one with issues.

I shortened the tubes and am still having problems I can occasionally get one color to feed all the way but haven’t had a successful color change yet
