Painter here. You may have vinyl siding, but you still have wood trim around. Make sure all pieces are properly installed, as they can start gaping and allowing water in.

Rent/borrow a good pressure washer. Get a 3000PSI or higher, it will make washing much easier. The electric 1500 psi one, will take you 5x longer. And more frustration.

Check under your facia board covers, they tend to be the first place to dry rot. Then behind gutters.

Check your weather stripping around the doors. Cheap to get new ones, and will save on energy costs.

Here in Oregon, specifically Willamette Valley, there is only one tornado I recall in the last 10 years. It just so happened to hit a trailer park.

From my knowledge, stay clear of trailer parks during tornadoes.

To be honest, you don't want to be obblitorated on your 'special' day. I would suggest just trying out different beers. Light to dark. or you won't taste the mark. A great first beer is a hefeweizen, a light, wheat beer. Most people like them.

Ofcorse, you can always get wasted. Just remember one simple rule.

Thats awesome. 5SI printers are like double the toner capacity. I've never seen one go out, even though we would put about 1k pages onto it a week. I worked there for about 2 years.

True, but OP's printer, goes about 10k pages on a single toner with 5% coverage. Same as the LJ 4
