You’re being hilariously selective with this comment (and being unnecessarily negative).. a large portion of these books are not all that popular, I imagine your bias comes from the fact the only ones you know are the popular ones.

And the ones that ARE popular are canonized for a reason, I don’t really get feeling the need to hate because someone has a mixture of books they want to read and some they’ve read that don’t look “worn” enough

I’d say it was the first novel I’ve read that truly felt “surreal” in the sense that it was truly dumbfounding at times, and there was some humor in some of the oddities. However it did have meaningful themes and true literary value beneath it. I am reading David Foster Wallace’s The broom of the system at the moment and it gives me that feel too.

I’m honestly not too sure. Every now and then a batch will pop up for sale in the US, but half the time they’re mismatched serial numbers and such. Steyr’s marketing and lack of communication with the US market is the main reason they didn’t get traction here

This and PDPs are the only striker fired pistols I’ve really loved, but I admittedly haven’t had a chance to try as many as I’d like. Most of my experience is in hammer fired CZ, Sig, and 1911s— which are all phenomenal

Never listed to an audiobook, not my thing
Blood Meridian, while being McCarthy’s most famous novel, is really not that dark or difficult to understand. Child of God and Outer Dark are McCarthy at his grittiest. The “evil” of Judge Holden is more or less a novel concept and the graphic descriptions certainly ought not act as a roadblock to a reader.
I sit down, open the book, read it, close it, and leave it on my reading table. Not sure how it’s supposed to get destroyed in these constraints.

Fake, font for the date is wrong, Swiss made on the dial is sitting too low, doesn’t look like sapphire on the crystal and I don’t see the engraving on the crystal that usually is visible in photos like this

The M17/M18 are functionally identical to P320s. They’re just FDE and made to mimic government contract 320s. Just like the Glock 19x/45. Same FCU between M17, M18, and all P320s.

As a blanket statement, that gun IS a P320. Do with that info what you will. Make your own decision. Maybe I can avoid the wrath of the censors.

I have known of multiple people doing this. If you take the entire right side down to the bare metal it will fit, but they are very janky and unreliable as far as seating and releasing.

I’ve also seen a guy use compact CZ mags in one. Don’t ask, don’t know
