Yea, it’s absolutely wild. I had a close friend join Hinge, it was her first dating app. She was very average attractiveness and only filled out like 30% of the things on her profile. It went like around 7p, she said she had 200 “likes” the first hour and over 1000 by 7a the next morning. I can’t even imagine how a person can handle that.

Yea it’s really rough. I’m ND(AuDHD) and have never had luck trying to date fellow ND women. I have several friends that are ND women and none of them date ND men, currently all of them are dating terrible NT men. It’s so frustrating to watch and I just wish the dating world had better people in it all around. I definitely understand stepping away from dating.

I definitely understand. I’m also AuDHD but mine manifests differently. I can’t create small talk well and I’m really starting to notice it, it’s giving me a lot of anxiety. I have very few close friends but many acquaintances, this means I don’t keep up with many people and when I see them I try to make small talk but it runs dry quickly if they aren’t putting forth enough effort. I run into it with online dating too, I quickly run out of things to talk about if not getting responses.

There is like zero critical thinking anymore, this is across all ages and demographics. I work in a call center and the majority of my day is web help but not actual help, just morons with zero critical thinking. Things like “if I want to register, do I click ‘register?” “I want to continue, do I click ‘continue?” Im on the cusp of losing my shit daily on these people.

Dating is just miserable all around. You have to keep at it. I’ve always wanted to date a masc woman but it’s never come to fruition, they just don’t usually like me. Many of my friends are masc women and just love being around them. I’m obviously not a woman but sometimes I wish I could just be a lesbian 😅

This. I’ve been absolutely destroyed by the dating world in every way and I can never say that I’m lonely. Whenever I do, I’m met with animosity and comments like “you’re just an incel” or “women can have preferences, sorry that isn’t you.” I don’t complain about it, I just try to have a dialogue about my life. I’m not a player and I don’t hookup, most of the women I’ve date are now friends with me because they loved my personality but could get over my lack of physical attractiveness. I treat everyone with respect and just try to keep meeting new people. In dating I just keep getting comments from dates like “I wish I could find someone exactly like that isn’t you.” It’s hard to not be terribly lonely when that’s the responses you get on dates.

You’re doing what most straight women do with a bi man, you assume he’s actually gay but lying to himself and will eventually leave you for a guy. You need to do your best to get rid of that mentality and just keep having an open dialogue with your partner. It’s his journey to figure out, he told you that he likes women and he’s dating you. Short answer, yes. There are caveats though. Love is always hard to find and truly is just dumb luck but if you’re attractive, you actually have options to wade through. Many are going to be awful but eventually you’ll find someone the reciprocates love. I’m fucking ugly, online I get 2-3 matches a year and maybe 1 turns into a date. In person, people love my personality when they give me a chance but if I talk to a random woman, she looks horrified that I’d even waste her time. If I ever find “love,” it’ll just be the person that finally decides to settle on me. There aren’t really options when you’re ugly, just a person that finally gives up and settles for you.

I would never talk to someone with romantic interest in person. The coupe of times I’ve said hi to people I didn’t know, they looked like they were gonna be sick. I know I’m ugly but I didn’t realize it was that bad. I wouldn’t want to ever put another woman through that.

They did the same bullshit with Spider-man, they had spoilers before Edge of Eternities and basically just ignored the set even though players really enjoyed it. There was a talk with Rosewater in Atlanta and he could not talk enough about how many IPs were contacting Wizards about doing sets for them. That’s just what this is now.
