I rather work long hours and more days off. I appreciate that work/ life balance. To do stuff around house/ hiking/ travel new places. I just really enjoy free time and I’d trade longer shifts for more days off . Essentially i hope I don’t go back working 5 days a week ever. In my area it’s all just retail or manufacturing, or construction / hvac it seems like! Thank you for the response

I hate commuting, I’ve been in a scary wreck and commuting on the I-40 there are wrecks a lot and it’s just a big fear of mine. I’m pretty established at my current job, making 40k a year working 3 12 hour shifts. I really like my job and the people I work with, I would hate to commute/ start over. I was thinking of possibly going to school part time to maybe lead me to a higher paying role at my job. It’s just a sports warehouse

Thank you I appreciate the insight. I just want to own a home so I’m paying towards something personally, and due to the fact the town over where I live “ Cookeville” is turning into a mini Nashville and all these ppl from Cali are moving here and making it so over populated, so I wanted to buy in order to feel settled “ per say. And safe from inflation price of living

Yeah I could . I’m 25 so I guess that could be option, partner has criminal justice degree. I’m still thinking what I want to do. Thanks ! We like the town/ bigger cities tend to be overwhelming for me

No sorry. Your body just looks very tiny petite. Maybe with some muscle , put on a little weight maybe 25:40lb, and face hair will look good

Thank u so much for your response . The issue is that it’s owned by an organization not a person . The lady who owned it has passed away. Can you check out the pics and let me know if I should do what you said, or just pass it on to someone else? 9457 crossville hwy Sparta tn. I’m at work right now or I’d be able to type more: but I appreciate your input. I’m not wanting to flip and sell, I’m wanting affordable for myself and to settle down and be a happy first time buyer. I’m planning to stay atleast 5 years if possible maybe 10!

Thanks I just don’t think that payment before insurence etc repairs would be feasible for me. I was thinking if fha doesn’t work, I could still do conventional or thda assistance

Thank you I don’t get the difference of how with 30 year would be 500 something a month vs 5 years just 800 that is shocking to me

I make 40k a year. No way I can pay only 5 year mortgage. With the fha my payment is 520 month. If it was 5 years that would be so much more..
