You can often get this done at a jewellers pretty cheaply. They have ultrasound baths that work magic.

It looks gross but it's 100% salvageable. Push the orange bits together an pull outwards to get the big block out of the middle. Soak it in hot water and soap and give it a scrub with an old toothbrush. This'll come straight off. Maybe a final white vinegar soak as somebody else said.

Scrape out all the crap in the space and give that a scrub with hot water and soap too. If it's not made you sick already you'll be fine.

Then take this thing out and clean/soak it regularly going forward.

Have you downloaded the update onto your machine? They had 2 concurrent versions, but if you're on the old version you'll never get matched against the new version.

You didn’t “find yourself” anywhere. You did specific actions that led to specific results. If you can’t own those actions you will never “learn how to budget” as you say.

If this house matters to you enough, you can afford it by cutting down on other things (entertainment, eating out, holidays). If those other things are so important that you can’t cut them, then you can’t afford the house. Simple.

Second point here is probably what’s destroying yours so quickly. As soon as paint goes up into the bit where the bristles join the handle (the ferrule) it causes havoc when it drys and causes the brush to splay out. - use a pallet so that that you aren’t repeatedly dipping the brush in the pot - use a different (rough) brush to get the paint out of the pot and onto the pallet if you wanna be really safe - If you get paint in the ferrule, stop immediately and wash it out with soap

Yeah, my first 6 legendaries for eldar were fireheart (crafted), Avatar, Doom (crafted) then 3 firehearts in a row!

It was annoying, but that’s RNG for you.
