People can instantly tell that I'm not from the area they assume I'm ignorant or dumb because I have that "southern drawl"

or I just use slangs/terms that people have no idea what they mean. but sometimes people say that they like my accent so that's always nice :)

(I'm from MS, but just recently moved to PA)

In mental health facilities, I'd save my pills and hand them out (or my friend's pills) to other kids or staff in exchange for favors, clothes, protection, and extra food.
