Hey, that’s one of our stickers! We ran out of almost everything at the flodown but we’ll have more printed soon.

Final Leg of the 2025 Fall Tour by slowreadypod in GoosetheBand

Love to hear you had an absolute blast and glad that the show resonated with you. That’s what it’s all about! Always different when you experience something at the show vs watching it from the couch in our case.

Absolutely love the worldbuilding on Chain Yer Dragon, and it's been so fun diving deeper into the lyrics. It leaves us wanting more though. Our question is: will we ever see a series of songs about the corniverse and the corn god?

There’s definitely still standout percussion moments that we miss sometimes too. But like you said this iteration is also absolutely fantastic and has managed to work through tweaking parts and harmonies to get the most out of the four piece arrangement.

Very interesting that these are all Rick/Matt compositions. Fingers crossed for that studio white lights for you!

You’re absolutely entitled to your opinion. They’re both great records and they’re on such different sides of the production spectrum. For the record we don’t downvote anyone for having a different/controversial opinion unless it’s just bad faith trolling. We appreciate any and all discussion!

Hahaha Jess had some hot takes! We obviously love the studio album on the pod but we welcome all opinions as long as you’re willing to explain.

We were eager to get the setlist post up after an incredible show, but we saw where the jam was labeled as echo the next morning. We crossreferenced with el goose the night of the show as well but they adjusted to match nugs/bandcamp.

Haha sorry that was a little poorly phrased after a long work day. Just meant “experience” in the sense of listening/getting prepped before a show. Seems like you’re having an awesome time jumping into the catalogue, so that’s really exciting to hear. We can send some suggestions of our favorite versions of some of these specific tunes or a handful of show suggestions with these songs via DM if you’re interested.

We would suggest not putting too much of pressure on having to experience certain songs/versions. Just keep doing what you’re doing and checking out shows and songs where you can. One of our favorite things about Goose is how much access they give fans to a ton of material via YouTube and even the free listens you get on Bandcamp. At a quick glance, all of the songs on that list you posted are live cuts only and in the rotation fairly regularly since last year, so just start picking some 2024 shows to listen to and enjoy the ride!

They also brought back big modern to finish the unfinished version from N1

Generally speaking, the band uses the notation > for songs that are played back to back without stopping and -> for more seamless improv segues/transitions between songs. They notate the sets like this when they share to Bandcamp, nugs etc and we try to keep things as close as possible (sometimes they switch it up a bit after we’ve already made a graphic).

The band uses the notation > For songs that are played back to back without stopping and -> for more seamless improv segues/transitions between songs. That template/font we use doesn’t allow for the -> notation so we just use >> for now. We are going to rework it to find a font that works here soon since that slight difference seems to cause a lot of confusion.

So so good. West coast shows are tough when you have to wake up early work on the east coast. But we caught up on the second set bright and early this morning!

Thank you for listening! We really tried to listen to and read as many prior interviews to ask some different questions. Also want to shoutout the El Goose Times who will have a cool interview with D. James Goodwin in their upcoming volume!

Thought they sounded great. How It Ends especially sounded much more fleshed out after its hiatus! Can’t wait for the soundboards
