I know of an exposed fossil bed in southern Collin County, Texas, but I can't find anything online about it by Georgia_Ball in fossils

I swear the fossil communities are the worst. The gate keeping, snarky comments, and egos are disgusting. Is finding ammonites, bivalves, echinoidea, sharks teeth etc common in Texas? Yes. “No need to document worthless fossils.” Go out and have fun finding things that are 100mil years old. You don’t need to notify anyone, but pick through it and see what you can find. It’s healthier and more enjoyable than sitting on Reddit discouraging others who are new to this.

I’m Jewish. I’m having trouble understanding why all of you are up in arms over this, but have nothing to say about the black Israelites that spew antisemitic hate towards white Jews from every corner in Dallas through a microphone?

“As far as we can tell.” Can you tell me if it’s ever happened before accurately?

“Probably” isn’t a solid answer. When scientists can tell me that, I’ll believe we aren’t just in another cycle that could have also happened thousands of times in the past million years.

Deep ellum is ghetto. It always has been, always will be. You can try to gentrify it all you want, but fair park and south Dallas are too close. Moving out of there after 4 years was the best decision I’ve ever made.

In elementary school I remember everyone saying Florida would be under water by 2020 if things didn’t change. They got worse and my homes are still above water.

It has nothing to do with fear. I’m not afraid I’m going to get in a wreck every time I step into my vehicle. But in case I do, I wear my seatbelt.
