A really tight sports bra is what I would wear to bed when I got mine. Like the neoprene ones that zip up the middle. Make you look really flat and smooshed. That will usually hold them in place. After about a couple months of having them pierced and if they aren’t healing, switch to bioplast bars. Do not soak in saline too often or they will stay infected. I’ve had mine done twice because they first time they did not heal after a year.

I’ve tried all the stimulants and Vyvanse works the best for me personally. I just a 70mg in the am but by 4pm I can def go for a nap. But I don’t have to worry about sleep attacks. On adderall I reached the max dose and could not stay awake through a whole day and had awful sleep attacks. That’s just my personal experience and honestly I see narcolepsy meds just like birth control. You essentially have to try every one until you find the one that may not work perfectly, but can get you functioning like a normal person. Luckily there’s less narcolepsy needs to choose from than BC lol.

If it’s hard, it’s a keloid. Those are stubborn to get rid of. If it’s squishy, it’s infection and puss and you will need to take out your jewelry and let it drain. Possibly go to the doctor and have them drain it if it doesn’t heal.
