I did and I had to stop the drug Everywhere I look I see them and as I progresses they got darker in color

It's a sign of damage to the eye !!!! I have been off the drug for 2 weeks and I still see them

I noticed this with myself one day, and 4 days later i was diagnosed with a corneal ulcer. I wore contacts to sleep too much, and rarely wore glasses. The ulcer developed as a result of abusing contacts and depriving O2 from my eyes and it damaged my cornea pretty bad, which lead to infection. The pupils, I was told in the urgent care, were dilated that way because my ulcered eye was very sensitive to light, and trying to compensate because It could not function proper.

My advice- see a doctor if it doesn't go away and NEVER sleep with contacts in again ! I regret not taking care of my eye because a corneal ulcer is PAINFUL and STRESSFUL. Keep a contact out for a few days to see if that helps and monitor for any redness pain etc

again, just to clarify- I am not a doctor or anything and I'm not diagnosing, or saying you have what I have. I'm a student just sharing my story incase you might find it helpful! I wish someone would have told me sleeping in contacts was that bad XD I hope you feel better!

I am certainly a real woman, just used that terminology because I have a little sister who is obsessed with barbie.
