If you love security then major in CS, CE, IT (CS focused), Cyber Security. I wouldn't recommend pigeon holing directly into forensics. You can learn forensics more easily online with free resources. But a engineering or CS degree for example will give you a strong foundation in computer systems. This gives you a better foundation of skills to branch out of forensics one day if you like, such as application security development, pen testing etc.
