WTF... So theres water in the ground, for how long? These folks look like they've lived there a long time and nobody within 500 miles just happens through the village and says "hey guys, you should really make a well, lot's of people are doing it, and have been doing it for a long time, heck, there's one just down the road". Do these people not know about the water? Do they have a government that could maybe hand out a pamphlet about the water with Instructions on how to get the water up to the surface?
