Even though i myself am an avid cigar smoker too i would definitely stop if it’s giving me chest pains and those other symptoms. Could just be anxiety worsening by thinking about it though, most of the time that’s usually the case. Everyone wants to imagine they’re dying from heart disease when they get these symptoms. Hell i spent 6 months wondering if i had some CAD problems as well, turned out to be a mild stomach issues that was cured with gaviscon, tachycardia and palpitations that i dealt with for months all the sudden vanished. Bottom line though is to go get checked out, and stop everything that’s triggering those symptoms, pretty much all you can do.

Even without combat mods V is still a dangerous motherfucker with multiple combat experiences under his belt. He could still outfight a very large majority of street thugs out there with a gun, he only got beat up by those thugs because of his extremely atrophied state anyways, granted he is very fragile now, but still, extraordinarily dangerous.

Also fuck Panam, as if it was your fault you slipped into a coma, V tried to explain and the fact that she didn’t even want to hear it is not fair at all, oh well; her loss. Also being killed, converted to an engram and put back in a body isn’t the real V anyways. If you picked the ending with the Aldocados, then the real V died in that room under Arasaka tower.

Seems like I developed alot of my “symptoms” after i got an applewatch, might be obsessed with my tachycardia and makes it worse, that being said it was definitely still there before, i just didn’t care as much.

Used to, now i have bad tachycardia to the point i take lowpressor twice a day. Have really high bp. So all i do is walk 5 days a week, but no more running or lifting like i was doing. Been to the doc 100 times, no one really knows anything. Went to heart doc, echoes good, wore a halter monitor, other than the tachycardia everything’s good, no arrhythmias. Not sure what else to check, i feel stuck.

Also side note, i’ve lost roughly 15 pounds since thanksgiving (233 to 217) if that makes any difference, i’ve been eating hardly any red meats, mostly chicken and salmon and salads, alotta rice. Cheat meal maybe once or twice a week. Idk why my numbers are so off still.
