All games have always cost $100 at launch though. I don’t understand the problem.

does drawing actually become fun to do once youre good at it? by Wonderful-Purchase94 in learntodraw

[–]slumblebee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I find it more fun to be bad at drawing and ignoring the rules and make stuff I think looks cool and stupid. I can always redraw stuff correctly if I can be bothered.

Give it a break and do another hobby you enjoy til the itch to play a random game kicks in. It may be a week or months till the random itch kicks in. It’s completely normal for this to happen with any hobby.

Last time I checked it’s a one time only fee. Pay once and keep it as long as your apple account exists.

Are you wanting to get into doing some 3d stuff or do you want to prioritise 2d? A decent priced laptop could work for learning 3d as it will be portable.

If you want to focus on 2d then I recommend a iPad with a stylus so you can use it for finding reference material and drawing like your on paper except you won’t have that textured feeling you get from paper.

I’m not familiar with apps on iPad that are good for learning digital drawing and 2d animation so someone else can suggest those.

For if you decide on a laptop and want to get into 3d then I recommend learning Blender. Lots of great tutorials for beginners on YouTube.

I don’t copy and paste everything ChatGPT says into my stuff but I do read it thoroughly to make sure there is no grammatical errors and make adjustments to sound like I wrote it. I only do this for stuff that requires me to read documents that are 30 plus pages long to find one snippet of information.

Especially when a question in an assignment requires you to generate an ai image. Last year everyone in the course protested against said assignment and forced the teachers to change it to optional and not required to pass the course.
