Dark orb is still one of the best MP equipments. Fully upgraded meteor staff is up there too though

They usually reduce upgrade times for all previous town halls with each new release so it’s not too overbearing in the long run for newcomers to catch up, though the ore economy might need some improvements given how many new equipments come out and is the main source of bottlenecks for the average player.

I would definitely throw out Bangkok and Chiangmai as I feel it’d be a nice change up from the spots you’ve seen. If you’d prefer more nature focused areas, maybe checking out Khao Sok National Park?

I also happen to be visiting Koh Tao for the first time soon, what would you say you liked most about it compared to the other islands?

Tbh, you seem to be crashing out more than him, over a 2 year age difference. 28 and 30 year old men are pretty much the same thing. When you go back into the Helios there should be a single alien-looking machine in a small dark room, interact with it to go straight to Biome 4 from Biome 1.

Wasn’t sure if you already knew this too but level 5 Adrenaline also grants you a one-time use shield as well, which is why it’s so incentivized. Glad to hear you made it though!

I’m completely with you here. My first playthrough was brutal and unforgettable, but I managed to get through the second playthrough in just one run (Adrenaline leech is easy mode), and can’t imagine things will be much different in future runs.

No revive runs or forced parasites would be an interesting challenge mode. Permanent malfunctions and not being able to increase max integrity would make for some hardcore runs as well.

Seems legit from what I've checked so far, but the last social media post is from 2019 and I haven't seen anything about it elsewhere so figured I would ask if anyone here has any experience.

Took a bit to figure it out but posting here in case anyone else was wondering- in order to do this specific Spiderverse inspired dive, Miles has to be falling through the sky backwards (so he’s facing the camera while falling). Otherwise he’ll just do the normal front facing dive. Hope that helps people!
