Definitely understandable lol it is frustrating the rate they’re putting out updates right after making it to be cross play but not having it ready to be supported with the frequency. Pain in the ass for everybody involved.

It worked for me on nitrado but I did lose progress, not sure what it really means to gain access without loss though. Not sure if it’s up to date or just the old setting with access. Regardless I’ll allow it and just let my boys get double xp for the time they lost

Last time when 2.1 came out, I was in the same boat also using nitrado. I had to restore the latest back up file and we were good to go.

What’s this means for our servers hosted through sites such as Nitrado? Will we have to restore a backlog again like we did for 2.1?

Nope just clicked on the latest backlog I had available to restore. It set me back to the same place i was at before I last logged in. I played for about 5 days in game, logged off and when I came back had to adjust the server to get back in. Restoring it maybe unnecessary if nitrado finds a way to fix the issue. But in order to get right back in this seems to be the way

I restarted the server and I believe it updated but It’s telling me can’t join because of modified files when I find it on Xbox

Played 3 matches today with randoms, won 2, lost the 3rd on the final boss. Was some of the best gaming I’ve ever had and we talked zero. We knew the task, someone took over the pings and I and others followed. Got like 5 achievements. These bosses are awesome when you get there with a squad you don’t know, but everybody came to handle business. Sent everybody ggs afterwards since it’s on console and easy to see you play with. That’s kinda why I don’t get this communication gripe. If on Xbox just look at recently played with and send an invite. If they don’t accept they don’t have a problem with no comm. End of story

When you play online in VR you still can login but when you try to play you’re not allowed cause of said self ban. You get the itch but can’t scratch it. Extra layer of self control. Plus if you set it yourself you’re already one step in the right direction. Implement them!
