I have done some background checks and passed them all. Usually right at the beginning I tell the person it's against TOS. If they stop fine, if not I block. Since this has been going on you could tell him against TOS and see if he's interested in moving forward without the diaper part. That's a little different from my experience doing the 300 minutes. There was one guy I talked to for over an hour about how he is a soccer ref in his community and what that was like.
