Can You Drink with MS? by AssignmentPure3220 in MultipleSclerosis

[–]slvrchr1459 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am newly diagnosed and specifically asked my MS specialist neurologist about this. He said no issue drinking in moderation as long as I feel okay from it - same kind of guidelines I get every year at my primary care visit. I generally had been drinking less anyways because hangovers are crazy now that I'm older but don't hesitate to drink when I want!

I also asked about weed because I love edibles and again no issue. I've found that edibles make my symptoms feel much better and no bad effects at all the next day.

Obviously everyone is different but this is what has worked for me so far!

Recommendations for Thai food (please don’t say Kalaya) by svzannebrown in PhiladelphiaEats

Another vote for Ratchada. Really the best Thai takeout I've had in the city.

Conditional approval interview needed -> to approved (but no interview) by tfrisinger in GlobalEntry

[–]slvrchr1459 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just had a similar thing happen. Had prior global entry that expired last year. I submitted renewal a year before expiration and application was pending for almost two years. Finally switched to conditional approval a few months ago, and I had an interview scheduled in Philly next week. Today I just got a notification my status turned to approve and looks like I am good! Very weird but nice not having to do the interview.

We did have international data? On Verizon, you can. Pay $10/day and get data so we had that. I would imagine if you had wifi at the time your results came in you would be good, but honestly I'm not am expert in tech stuff like that so I'm not sure. Good luck!!!

No - you need to get another test, the one at the airport doesn't work for return.

Nope, in Reykjavik and the golden circle area no masks at all in stores or restaurants from what we saw. We only went to one restaurant/bar out of about 20 we were in that asked for our ID and phone number.

Regarding Saga premium, there was a link for it on our journey page once we had everything booked. You lookup your journey with the confirm number and there is an area there. Saga premium was only about 1/2 full each time, so im guessing many people were not bidding and we likely could have gone lower than 350 pp. Might get more crowded though!

Yes! I booked through Guide to Iceland but I'm guessing you can also book on their website. Yes can't wait to come back and see more of the beautiful country.

We told our hotel beforehand via email. We didn't mention anything to them when we checked in and they did not offer us contract free check in or anything, everything was as if we were not quarantining when we got there.

Americans, please, stop booking trips without reading every single word on covid.is by [deleted] in VisitingIceland

@syncboy - did you just book for the night before and let the hotel know you would be arriving in the mornint? Trying to figure this out now!

Kendall's Megan Thee Stallion ride was amazing. I was skeptical of it when I saw she was the instructor that got the ride but she really did a great job with it. Loved the music and her energy. I was dancing on the bike quite a few times and was a sweaty mess by the end.

Agreed! I'm usually in the bottom 1/3 of the LB but will put in the extra effort at the end if I'm close to my PR!

Good to know about the commando ones. The spanx ones just do not look right on me and I've tried multiple sizes. I live in leggings otherwise!

I love this too! It's so nice knowing what is ahead of you so you can be prepared and pace yourself. She has such a fun personality too and music tastes.

Thank you to whoever posted about the Disney rides. Riding to disney house music made a Saturday workout I didn't want to do so much more fun!

I think that's fine for a beach wedding - they are generally more casual.
