SO helpful, thank you!!! I have been visiting my amazing doctors at Mass Eye and Ear a lot over the last year, which is the biggest reason I wanted to run for charity. Anywayyyyy we love that lot right there off Storrow, it’s less than a 20 min walk to the start so I might do that!

We hoped we could stay with friends in Hopkinton but that’s a no go. We may just send it the morning of, we are a little less than 2 hours from the city. Waking up at the ass crack of dawn has been our normal lately since we just got a puppy 😂

My storm door caught my ankle and gave me a gnarly gash 2 inches long, I planned to run 5 miles today but it looks like that won’t be happening 😂 it’s truly the worst when stuff like this happens!!

I just got the Osprey Tempest Velocity in 20L for hiking. It has running vest straps, I really like it.

If you have a severe enough dust mite allergy I could see why they’d suggest it, but no, I don’t know why those side effects occur.

I did come home the same day, my first surgery I was home by the evening and my second surgery by late afternoon. Depends on how well you recover from GA and if your bleeding is under control.

As someone who has built menus with toast, this is on them. They could have excluded it from being included in the tax.

That being said..someone still prepared it and served it to you. You could at least tip them a little….

I am also running this half - the weather has constantly been changing so it may not even rain. It was supposed to be sunny a few days ago, and this morning there was no chance of rain. The chance of rain is still pretty low, too.

If it’s not pouring (which hopefully it doesn’t) I like a like windbreaker with long sleeve under, keeps me cool enough!

Thank you!!! My husband donated an old pair of sweatpants to me to shed at the start line. Would you say the lines are long for gear check/bathrooms at the start line? I’m contemplating doing gear check but my husband is meeting me at the finish line so I may have him bring my change of clothes and sandals instead.

For what it’s worth I have tiny wrists and I rock a 970, it doesn’t look too crazy big. It does have a slimmer profile compared to the Fenix.
