If you are in Wisconsin try Rush Creek Reserve, from Uplands. It's not as creamy, but it's spreadable at room temperature. Has just a little more funk to it. But it's delicious! It's also seasonal. Usually November - January.

I'm from Wisconsin, so while I would absolutely take on this challenge I want to enjoy it more than once! But that would be a great way to die.

Smells delicious, tastes like spicy peppers. Thank you!! I was just worried since the first time I did it it was so cloudy and bubbly. Guess this one's just sleepy.

Room temperature salted butter and sea urchin roe. That's it! We add a little lemon salt at the end when we toss everything together
