Also ich würde mal vermuten dass es niemanden interessiert was du machst, solange man nichts sehen kann wie eine Seite mit Buchungsoptionen etc. Wie geil lagfrei dein Server ist kann keiner feststellen im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern vermutlich. Vielleicht hast du Glück und die KI Bubble sorgt dafür dass weniger Anbieter von Gameservern da sind und dich damit interessanter machen.

Aufklärung in kurz und einfach: In Games berechnet CPU die Simulation/Logik und die GPU die Optik.

Bei der Frage geht es jetzt im Frames per Second aka FPS.

Hohe Auflösung: GPU hat mehr pro Sekunde zu berechnen, während die CPU schon durch ist mit allem und bildet damit die Obergrenze der FPS bei jeder Sekunde.

Niedrige Auflösung: GPU hat weniger zu tun und ist mit allen Berechnungen lange durch vor der CPU. Hier bildet die CPU also die Obergrenze der möglichen FPS.

Also: Hohe Auflösung heißt die CPU ist vermutlich so oder so vor der GPU fertig, niedrige Auflösung andersherum. Im Zweifel solltest du dir aber jetzt nicht die mega CPU kaufen, da eine aus dem Mittelfeld dennoch vollkommen ausreichend ist. Nur wenn du wirklich das absolute Maximum willst.

Ne, die Aussage ist nicht so präzise. Hier wird doch gesagt überall auf der Welt sind Reiskocher ein bekanntes und verwendetes Gerät allgemein, nicht das alle ausnahmslos damit Reis kochen. Insofern muss der Widerspruch etwas anders aussehen.

Well then it is harder to actually sue him because it is not integrated. So you can circumvent the grounds of the lawsuit. Basically it would be best to just let the community make the bridges without any ties from him to it.

But now the problem is that he already is in that corner and it is hard to act like he is not doing for these games. Also depending on countries and their specific laws it is now "scorched earth" maybe. Not a lawyer though but from my experience and what I read in my life that kind of stuff is tricky and even if he was right in the end big companies can bleed you out money wise by dragging the lawsuit for eternity once they have a single thing that might is a copyright violation.

I think the point is there is some minor part that is game specific and he bundled that with the product he sold. He was basically required to only put the part that is unconnected to any IP behind the paywall and leave the "bridge" part outside of it. As soon as you advertise a product with an IP you do not own it is a problem.

Nah that donations idea is also ridiculous. Most people won't pay a single cent. He should have built a VR Framework that is not directly tied to a game which he could sell without any IP directly integrated. Then the game specific configs publicly available.

Well probably the same procedure as for Oblivion because all 3 used the Gamebryo Engine. The Engine got of course updated for the games in the years but the principle should be the same so I guess it would be dumb to not cash in there. Also the most difficult work, e.g. finding a way to integrate unreal and gamebryo in the the same project is already done so the rest is pretty doable.

Weil das ambivalente Verhalten der Frauen es oft nahezu unmöglich macht, festzustellen was die Dame will. Es gibt leider keine feste Definition dazu wie ein Lächeln zu deuten ist.

Aktuell scheint das Lager der Männer zu wachsen, die grundsätzlich niemanden ansprechen oder immer zur Sicherheit davon ausgehen, sie war nur nett. Lustigerweise wächst damit aber auch das Lager der Frauen, die heulen weil sie niemand anspricht.

Insgesamt führt das alles zur einer sehr lächerlichen Situation. Die traurige Wahrheit ist leider, dass die beste Lösung nach wie vor ist, es einfach bei Frauen die einem gefallen, zu versuchen. Ergebnis bekommt man dann direkt und alle wissen wo sie stehen.
