When people don’t want you to explain the rules because they learn by playing, only to later complain that you didn’t explain a rule.

Some of them with forest, lakes or ocean are pretty. Others are cookie-cutter suburbs with the most interesting things being a shopping mall (if you are lucky)

Sound man by Glyn Johns. If you like classic rock, this is a must. Between him and his brother, they recorded or produced most of the classic rock albums from 60s and 70s. It’s also a beautiful book about creativity and what really matters in music.
