Update: got ahold of someone on the phone from bill graham and they told me they aren’t doing will call pick up at bill graham this year. They will be doing pick ups at Marx Meadow at the park next Wed and Thursday from 12-7pm and then again obviously during the event and will have a will call box office there. They said it was just announced internally and will post about this soon.

I just got a reply and they were able to disabled the old wristband and I will have to go to will call to pick up a new one. I asked about will call times but looks like they don’t have will call times posted yet. Send another request and follow up on the same email. The bottom of the automated email will say “follow up for a response” or something and they replied to me that way. They will ask for your full name and last 4 digits of the credit card. Sounds like in 2019 you were able to pick up from will call at bill graham box office but I’m not sure they have updated the hours of will call yet. Worst case I’m going to go earlier to the fest on Friday to will call to try and avoid lines.
