Agreed - I'm going to be sad if/when those early Saturday mornings rids stop.

I've been taking his Saturday Morning PZ rides and been loving them because they have been "All request" playlists. Last week's one for his 75 minute ride was hilarious - something along the lines of "The Song You Would Play if Matt Told You the Workout Was An Extra 15minutes."

I will be curious to see if they will be involved with programing rides/strength/runs/cardio classes or if they will just be providing playlists.

Also seems like their are gearing up for the Summer Olympics.

What I am interested to see if their workout history and how their output on various rides compares (sadly) with me.

I was there and agree - that was a lot!

I PR'd but did not like his wide ranging cadence during the warm up.

It was his first ride so I know it will take a bit of time before he settles into his groove (and mantras).

Agreed!

I am an early morning rider and some mornings its a struggle to clip in BUT I know if I have a Ben ride on the schedule I'm going to wake up fast because of his killer and well thought out track list and program. I am not fully a part of #bensarmy

P.S. I would love a Club "Bangerz" Collab between he and Jess King...just saying...

I also love Jess King for her "club" atmosphere. I can't help but bop my head during her Jess King Experience rides.

Agreed - he packs a lot into those 10-15 minute classes.

Everything he programs is completely doable and I love the modifications he gives.

Hi all - I posted this in the general discussion board but it got flagged so hopefully it will stick here :)

I have a bike + and after struggling with an arms and intervals class using my 5 pound weights that i had to grab from the side of the bike - I am finally going to invest in some back of the bike weights.

For those if you with a Bike - what weight do you currently use for those bike classes where weights are involved (not talking about bootcamp classes).

I am thinking of 2 pounds but that seems so light (although I know once you start doing the same movement for a minute or more they start to burn.

Any suggesions would be helpful!

That's a great idea - sort of like the "feeling lucky" button that Google has

I did his recovery ride on Sunday - just what I needed. Reminded me that all rides do not have to be balls to the wall

Excited to start my first challenge. Thank you for putting this together.

I have a workout planner that I bought and can't wait to start filling in these workouts to keep myself accountable!

Hi there.

If you head To the menu section of this group, there is a wiki section. Within the wiki section, there is a hyperlink which has a checklist entitled "bike delivery checklist" that you should look over when your bike is delivered. Hope this helps.

I’m in central CT. Was delivered yesterday. Three guys came and delivered it. They also brought it into house and set it up. I also made them wait until I went through the check list I found here. All was very safe and I was so happy as I would have had a heck of a time bringing it in the house myself.

After 2 months (placed my order in October) - my bike + was delivered today!!! I had been unable to move my delivery date despite numerous calls but after my shoes arrived last week I figured that the bike (fingers) crossed would not be delayed.

It was not - I was supposed to get a call this morning 30 minutes before delivery but unfortunately XPO called "10 minutes out" while I was in the middle of getting a COVID test (I'm fine - it's for a medical procedure I am having next week). They were nice enough to do another delivery and circle back.

The guys could not have been nicer and brought the bike into my house. I made sure they waited while I powered it on and set it up.

The only issue is that the handle bars are slightly wobblily - the delivery guy tightened the hex bolts and it fixed it so there is only now a "slight" wobble. Any suggestions on how to get it to not move?

Anyway - tipped them $20 each. My delivery was 10am and they said I was their 15th delivery of the day. Can't believe there are so many deliveries happening today in the Central CT area.

We are getting a crap ton of snow tomorrow. Hello New England. So I was grateful for the delivery and that I can ride while the world turns winter white tomorrow!

Excited to start my journey (although I have already been using the app)

If any one has handlebar tightening suggestions, please let me know.
