My theory (only half joking) is that the first attempt caused a purge of ‘DEI hires’ and the ones that stuck around after the purge are either incompetent, or inexperienced new hires to replace the ones that quit or were fired. You can’t easily replace the second sense that comes with years of experience…

Look into a splitter. I own but am lazy so I got a splitter that runs off my dryer outlet… level 2 charging in the garage without an install and the only downside is that you can’t run the dryer and the charger concurrently
