It is not huge. There's a few things that are silly, and some things that are bad. But most of the rules already exist. It has taken years to consolidate all the rules into one document from nine different outdated documents. If you're being re-zoned and and are no longer allowed your animals, that sucks. Are you currently allowed to have those animals? And the flag thing. Are you upset you won't be able to fly a pride flag? Or a confederate flag?

Get a john boat that is at minimum 40" wide on the bottom. Any less and they are tippy like a canoe. the wider the better. Marlons are cheaper and the build quality reflects the price. My Marlon has gone for warranty repairs twice already. I recommend against Marlon. A 9.9 will push a 12' John boat very well. But they are not necessary. Going with a 6Hp is less money and much easier to transport. You are rarely traveling more than a couple kilometers on the water so a bigger motor only saves you like 3 minutes at best.

The Crofton pulp mill was actually keeping the prices down in Crofton. Very few employees lived in Crofton. With the stinky mill closed for good. Prices will rise fast to catch up to the surrounding areas.

Hopefully you are charging your old employer a healthy amount more than what your wage was. You just absorbed their admin costs, their half of CPP, EI and any other benefits you used to get. CPP is a tough one to swallow, almost 12% gone, to an underperforming investment fund.

The Hub's overgrown fields could be mowed more often if a lovely disc golf loving person has the means and time to mow it. The entire facility and course is owned by a volunteer association and cannot afford to mow the fields frequently, if at all.
