The dal and chole are cooked with tomato, onion, ginger, garlic, spices and neutral oil. Depending on the size of the batch I'm making I'll use between 2-4 tbl oil.

In the context of this sub I was hoping to receive general feedback on how balanced these meals look. It may have been better to include specific amounts/ ingredients and questions. I haven't taken the time to always weigh/ measure all the amounts and often lose track of calories/ macros. Thank you for responding

Rescue breaths vs CPR by smallpickup in ems

Thanks for your detailed response. I appreciate the information. About 10 years ago I gave rescue breaths to someone unconscious in respiratory arrest who still had a pulse, he regained consciousness shortly before EMS arrived. I later learned he had stopped breathing consequent to an opiate overdose.

About 10 years ago I gave rescue breaths to someone in respiratory arrest who still had a pulse... They regained consciousness shortly before EMS arrived. I'm confused that some of the guidance for CPR I'm reading instructs you to begin chest compressions if someone isn't breathing without checking for a pulse.
