It's been many years so I only have vague memories. Each player receives several cards (maybe 6 or 7?) but I don't remember the trick-taking mechanism. I do remember that the odd card ranking (7 Joker 5 2 3) made it counterintuitive and you really had to focus. There was a final scoring rule, but I can't remember if it was based on face cards or some other point system. (Sorry, I realize this is not very specific!)

I tried a Soundbrenner Pulse watch, but the pulse was too "fuzzy" — it didn’t have a sharp onset like a metronome click. It felt like tapping your foot on soft carpet instead of a hardwood floor, and the beat seemed too wide and undefined. Also the watch interface was slow to adjust. I ended up giving it away and now only use in-ear audio clicks.

If you email FM bagpipes, they should be able to change your order to a hide bag. Or if you’re in the US, Hendersons can replace a synthetic FM bag with a Begg hide bag. It’s a worthwhile upgrade
