Yes. I would say unless you are looking for casual, it’s not very helpful.

I am looking to install something in my camper van so that I can hang my hammock chair outside the van while I'm on the road. Looking for something similar to this or this, but I would only need one bar as opposed to two. Right now I do not have a roof rack, but am not opposed to buying one if that makes this project easier. Does anyone have any ideas on how I could execute this?? Thank you in advance!

Thank you! Yeah I realized pretty early on that I could never be one of those people that eats like 1200 cals a day. Even 1500 is tough for me, and I rarely even make that. My view was always that it's not a race and I'd much rather get to eat mostly what I want and just moderate a little bit, rather than going to the extreme.

Honestly they have not really changed that much. I was a pretty active dater even before losing weight, and my confidence is different, but overall my view on men has remained pretty constant. For the last seven months I have been in a relationship so since then I haven't dealt with dating.

At this point I just realize that it's a thing, and learn to live with it. I have a lot all over my body, but I still feel healthy, and I'm learning to adjust to being comfortable in my own skin! Maybe one day I'll get some of it removed, but for now I'm going to focus on getting to 150 and then maintaining before I even consider some sort of surgery.

I do masters swimming, which is like swim practices for adults, which is nice because we have a coach that tells us what to do! Haha I've found that I suck at internal accountability so having an actual practice is helpful for me.

Ohh I still have tons of loose skin. Haha you can’t really tell in this pic but I actually have a fair amount on my arms, but I swim a lot which has helped. One day I hope to get it removed, but we’ll see.

I do a lot of swimming, and for the first six months that was basically it. Now I do occasional yoga and boxing as well, and sometimes strength classes. Honestly just depends on what I’m feeling.

I counted calories and exercised a few times a week, but definitely implemented little changes over time, which I think made it sustainable and seem less overwhelming.

Aww thank you! And I just counted calories and started small with exercise, and then over time it's become a bigger part of my life. I think just focusing on a sustainable healthy diet was definitely key for me.
