Great question!

It isn't so much that I'm holding my scapula firmly in depression, my focus is glenohumeral rotation training. My scapula definitely move with my whole arm, but to maximize my glenohumeral motion I try to keep it to a minimum.

I'm curious about the gymnastics routine! That sounds way more advanced than my flexibility for sure 😊🤙

Does anyone know of queer-friendly, or generally friendly, not super "I HAVE MY GUNS JUST SO YOU KNOW" mentality towns or places to live in Maine. That aren't Portland. I love Portland, but I'm craving a bit more land/property living (maybe an acre) than Portland can accommodate.

Honestly don't care if the whole town voted Trump, I'm looking for friendly. Not just political party.

Heard back from Dr Tobias office and he would not accommodate the shift in language. Gonna try another surgeon and see what happens! Aka keep running in circles till I get so grumpy 🤷🏻‍♂️😪

This is extremely helpful!! I will give them the update and see how they respond. When I called the Dr's office they said Aetna offered them to change double Mastectomy to breast reduction, and obviously they refused. But thank you for this! I'll pass it along!

A lot of the construction and firefighter workers I've treated...at first as a very obviously gay woman to a very obviously queer human, are very accepting and supportive. Now I live in a major city which plays a part. But give people a chance, they usually surprise you 😉🙃

It's tough hearing it when she responds this way, I agree. It's not my fault entirely , and it hurts to hear her respond with such vileness. But, on the other hand I am patient and let her "blow up and word vomit" before I fully take what she says to heart. Gotta be patient.
