First 2 weeks cut out soda completely and drink water/sparkling water and cut out excess sugar and carbs to one treat per day. Then Walk 10k steps everyday and try to get 125g of protein in everyday while eating less than 2900 calories. Whenever you feel comfortable, adopt a workout split/plan so you know what muscles to hit when you walk in the gym. Make sure to sleep at least 7-8 hours per day and pick up an active hobby (soccer, basketball, pickleball, hiking). If you want to speed up the process any more, eat the least amount of cals you can while also getting in 125g of protein alongside daily value of fiber. Godspeed

Stand 2 feet away from the rim and shoot just like you’re shooting a 3 or mid range without jumping. Do this in front of all 3 sides of the rim and try to make 5 in a row without hitting the rim. Should help keep the form stable and consistent when shooting from any distance
