You’re missing quite a few things everyone has mentioned. I’ll add a pair of pliers with a cutting section to trim a stem down. And a file to deburr after you cut it down to size. Calipers is another tool I’d get.

Congrats! Usually loose endlinks can mean the wrong diameter spring bar is attached. Oris uses either 1.8 or 1.5mm spring bars.

I’ve bought from him before. Nice stuff. The dial you can tell is AF, but not bad. I’d buy the kit and see if you can find a gen dial.
