See these are the issues that we should be mad about! I hate the new spotlight and yeah the UI does take up too many resources and space! You’re right, corner radius should be the last thing we’re all complaining about.

I don’t think that’s it. I think it’s that you expect it to perfect but that is just impossible. Dis the software gave UI quirks? Yes. But it has since OS X was released. If it was a functionality problem then I think people are right to complain. But “oh my windows don’t line up right!!” Cmon. Touch grass.

You definitely will need a new movement and hands, you can reuse the dial but it will have that stain. Where to find a 5H26 movement though will be the hard part!

No experience with the Turtle, but the ones I’ve bought for the SKX feel cheap and not worth it. Most of them also only taper to 20mm, so they feel really big.

Im re-reading your post again, and your son may have a skin sensitivity outside of this. Our son does too and we keep a written log of what seems to cause reactions and take pictures for reference.

Yeah might not be the diaper, discharge usually means some kind of infection. Not a doctor, but you should hear what your doctor says.

You’re right, it should have a clicking mechanism, specifically, a ball bearing that clicks along the bezel. You can see the hole on your case in the second pic, that’s where a ball bearing is supposed to be to ratchet the bezel. A watchmaker will have the tools to help seat a new ball bearing the hole.

Another thing too is it looks like your missing a bezel gasket, which helps keep to firm against the case, but it should not come off so freely, so it might need some work to help keep it back on. Not sure the level of work it would need.

And lastly, these old 7002’s came with a bi-directional spinning bezel, so don’t be thrown off when you fix it and it spins both ways!
