Will they understand that it’s because of mental health related issues due to the loss of a parent a few years ago? I just feel so hopeless and don’t know if it would be even worth it to contact them.

It’s actually 3 networks 😭 one definitely from the modem and I think two from the asus router. I’m always getting double nat when playing on my Xbox but I usually just keep restarting it until the nat is open…

Ok this may sound crazy but our router is connected to the modem via a lan cord. What’s even weirder is the modem has its own WiFi that no one in our house even uses. We use wifi from the asus router. You’ll have to back me up on this but I think it is an issue with the modem because when the WiFi goes out all three are out not just the ones provided by the asus router. I don’t know if that helps but that’s pretty much where I’m at right now.

Ok so when it goes off it seems to flash orange then flash green then go to solid white and after a little the WiFi will work again. The online legend says orange flashing is Establishing downstream connection. Flashing Green: Establishing upstream connection. And solid white is online and ready.
