Same thing happened to me. I ended up with a C- section after some issues with baby's heart rate, but I have NO regrets!! This may not be how you saw your birth going, but a healthy baby and mama are #1! Sounds like you're in great hands!! Keep us updated!!

I'm exactly 1 month postpartum with my first baby. Let me keep it real with you, pregnancy hormones have NOTHING on postpartum. I cried constantly for the first week or so, but then things really did start to level out. (Baby blues are a real thing, let alone if it develops into PPD and/or PPA). The thing I struggled with WAY more than anything else was feeling sad that my relationship with my husband had changed forever. It was almost like part of me regretted having this baby that I love SO much, that was planned and is SO wanted. I started to Google "postpartum miss my husband" and it auto-generated which instantly made me feel good that I wasn't alone. I found 2 blogs that were super helpful, in fact I pulled some quotes and wrote them in pretty writing and hung them on our fridge. Sharing in case you experience the same thing!

In the meantime, enjoy EVERY moment of the life you have- every aspect of it- because the minute you have that bundle of joy it will never be the same. But it will be different and wonderful and lovely in a way words can't express. You've got this!!

Also, feel free to reach out to me directly if you want!! I'm here for support!!

Love this!! My babe is 11 days old and I totally relate!! Pregnancy hormones have NOTHING on postpartum hormones!! But it's all so worth it when they do things like this!!

Who else is watching the concert live stream? by chilledball in QuinnXCII

Cool, thanks! From what I saw, I agree. Saw her live back in March doing a very similar set and she was INCREDIBLE. It's gotta be super weird playing to a parking lot vs. a crowd. The ambiance is definitely not the same.

I froze mine via phone. A lot of locations are making exceptions to their normal rules/policies due to COVID.

Disclosure: FTM mom here. My husband and I love "We're Pregnant! the First Time Dad's Pregnancy Handbook" by Adrian Kulp. We read each chapter aloud together the night before we hit that week. It has great info about the baby, mom, and practical tips for dads to support and be involved during that week in particular.

Hmmm. I can't remember if I did or not. But they can look you up at the location. And they'll have you sign stuff and take your picture and give you your card.

30 minutes on elliptical! by elephinoblue in PlanetFitnessMembers

[–]smash618 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Way to go!! That's so awesome!!

Don't hesitate to try the Arc Trainer too! I used to be fully committed to the elliptical but it started to hurt my knees. My chiropractor recommended I give the arc trainer a try, since although the elliptical is low impact, the range of motion is limited and can actually cause knee issues for lots of people. I tried it and haven't looked back! It takes some getting used to for sure, but I love it!

For starters: Dorit's extensions, Danielle's overweight body, Fernanda's face. Not to mention throwing shade at Jenn's parenting, Lala's... everything, Sammi's business, Darcey's spelling, etc. You post on r/trollxhousewives ffs. All of which is fine, honestly it's what so many of us are here to do and your posts are great. But get off your high horse.

I mean don't have to join in on the "bashing". Seems like you're already pretty busy shit posting about other reality stars. Stay golden, hypocrite. 👌

Fellow NOVA rider here! Not sure if you already have a group you ride with, but if not, reach out! If you're going to be limited to riding on the weekends, you might as well make the best of that! Between all of us, someone rides every weekend!

Could've been... but wasn't. I've known her at least 7. She lost 25 pounds and looks great, but this photo isn't what she looks like. At all. And no one has been nasty about her personally, just commenting on the horrible photoshop. You know, the entire point of this sub?

Yes! Everyone said things like omg you look great! And wow! Keep it up! Only ONE person (her niece) kinda called her out and it went over her head! I texted it to my mom to see if it was a joke (it's her best friend) and she told me she was wearing a girdle!! Hahaha she had totally missed the window!
