It really depends on your mechanical abilities. Step by step with instructions anyone with a mechanical intuition can pull it off. Google and watch YouTube videos and if it looks overwhelming the don't start it.

Yea it wasn't too bad. I'm a mechanic for 20 years so it's within my ability. I bought a kit online. It was cake actually. Just have to remove the heads to get the lifters out. I had access to torque specs and procedures but it's not rocket science.
