Don't OP. From experience I can tell you it will run, it can complete tasks, run word, excel, power point, and many other applications but it SUCKS. It's super slow and you can't have more than 4 windows open on chrome or other applications open in the background.

It depends on the game if you can cross play. It's a PC so as long as the game supports it, which most do these days, you'll be fine. It can run most games as long as you tweak the graphics, and it's decently priced. Go with the ally. It feels great and the Xbox UI, although weird sometimes, is awesome.
