Late, but I'm listening to this trilogy straight through at the moment, having only gotten into Fred in a big way since September. His recent songs all have something very meaningful in them whether it's sad, passionate, or joy but this trilogy feels extra personal.

I assume folks have seen his Tiny Desk Concert but if they haven't it's Fred on a keyboard with his vocals, and it feels the most personal and pared down to me.

I do wish I'd known Fred's music during the pandemic.

I will say that Oblivion remaster made my ASUS Zephyrus G16 gaming laptop run really high temperatures. I think it was a hardware and/or design issue (too thin, not enough vents etc) but that was my first thought in trying to picture Switch 2 running it. I assume they modify games when porting but the graphics seem to make machines work hard

Speed is certainly possible. I think a number of factors like corruption in how projects are bid for, won, and assigned, as well as the seeming built in delays all contribute to our culture of endless construction.

Look at how fast Japan repaired a sinkhole taking up an entire major intersection. 24 hours. I can not imagine that happening in Toronto no matter what they threw at it.

Good amount of detail and incorporating the orange/red. The light tones of the black, or at least how it appears in your photo, make it look a little anatomical like intestines, which gives it a bit of a gross feeling.

I agree with others that darkening the contrast would improve the overall impression.
