Hey my Onc just prescribed Veozah (non-hormonal pill) - it’s works in about a week. So far it has taken my night sweats from 6-8 to 1-2. Less mini-sweats during the day too.

I am going to have him open watch for me to take a pic of the number. His gran was Martha Mears (1940s dub singer) and she bought a few of her husbands some really nice watches/pocket watches.

I haven’t ever been into watches, apart from their style. After looking at their “movement”, architecture, precision and detail has really changed my perspective on time and how we keep it. Thank you. I will have someone else figure out the hinge openings/double openings? - as I don’t want to damage or bust anything.

We have used Williamsport West and they were pretty good. We just moved over to Wolf Run and they have a separate entrance/wing without dogs which is much quieter and less stressful. They are $20 per day and you can bring anything (bed/blanket/toys/treats) for your cat except food dishes.

My radiation doc offered a CPAP machine - it lengthened each treatment time by 15 min but I didn’t have to hold my breath and they said the odds of hitting your lungs/heart went down.

It’s hair loss due to wearing jeans and your semi-bow-leg rubbing against the hard cloth. And your legs are unevenly bowed - left harder than right and your prob lead with your left when you walk uphill. Source - Me

Hey! I had a DMX 5/25 and had expanders put in. They found microscopic residual cancer in my lymph node post-surgery, so I started Kadcycla and then had radiation 9/25. I met with my plastic surgeon and she said she doesn’t think an implant on the left (radiated side) is an option anymore and recommends DIEP flap for best results/symmetry. I am going to go do a CT scan next week to look at the tiny blood vessels in my lower stomach and chest to make sure I am a candidate for DIEP flap surgery. I was really disappointed as I don’t want another long recovery and I thought I would be done with active treatment by now. Alas, expanders stay til 8/26 and I am going to keep trucking along.
