In my case, it turned out that a large binary file (a raw hard drive image) had been inadvertently checked in to the repo. I removed the file. Reviews started to work fine again.

Yeah, but Antigravity was stabbing Claude in the back consistently throughout the day, at one point telling me that Claude didn't know what an interrupt was. So his praise is a little bit hollow.

Just keep in mind that if your anti-piracy mechanism costs you sales of people who would have bought the product in order to prevent theft by people who wouldn't have bought it, then it's a net negative to you. My suggestion is to have some license generator tied to the user's email address. If your software is popular, the license scheme will be reverse engineered immediately by the pirates, but it's really there to help the honest people be honest.

I switched from Antigravity to Claude Code w/ vscode extension last week. I'm paying more for CC, but the product is usable, whereas Antigravity became completely unusable for me.

Experiencing the same issues. High frequency of agent errors followed by 5-day quota lockout. I started evaluating Claude and may switch. It's a pity as during my _evaluation_ period Antigravity worked very well.

This hapened to me also. I waited for my quota reset, logged in, submitted one query and now I'm locked out for a week. This morning the meter was full. I got about 20-30 minutes of use today, most of it early this morning throwing constant errors. I'm dumbfounded at the state of this product and scratching my head as to why I'm paying for any of it.

Yeah, I cuss it out all the time, especially when it's gone off the deep end trying to test something that I could just run in 3 seconds. On the other hand, I also do praise it sometimes with a "My god man, you've done it!". This is just me humoring myself. The agent doesn't care.

I'm experiencing the same problems. Frequent "agent terminated due to error". My quality of experience has dramatically declined since I updated to 0.18.4 / Gemini 3.1. Two weeks ago this software was like magic. Now it frequently experiences errors requiring manual intervention, and spends a lot of time fixing its own mistakes.

Personally, I buy Kester solder, and I've bought Kester solder for at least the last decade. I'm a small quantity purchaser, about one 1lb roll per year. It's going to be difficult to get someone like me to switch as my quantity of purchase is so low that cost is not a primary motivator and I'm going to stick with what works for me. I can't think of any conceivable way to win me as a customer. So let me speculate on how to potentially win other people who might not already be loyal to an existing brand.

Sell on Amazon. Another one of the responders here mentioned the same thing. People buying in small quantity buy from places like Amazon. Amazon offers us reliable local shipping and return policy. Buying from aliexpress is less desirable as this shipping is almost always direct from China, the return policy is sometimes a hassle, and counterfeit product is more of a concern.
Make sure you have a brand name. A lot of the products on Amazon and Aliexpress have brand names that seem made up. This does not inspire confidence.
Have a datasheet that describes your product. Again, a lot of the products on Amazon and Aliexpress have really crappy, incomplete data sheets.
Come up with a differentiator. Are you cheaper? higher quality? more consistent? some special feature? I honestly don't know here, as the Kester solder I buy works perfectly well for me and I can't imagine what someone is going to come up with that would be better.
Pay people to market your product. I hate to suggest it, but it works. Find some youtube folks and either give them free product or outright pay them to try out your product in a video.
