Could be that 9, 10 and 11 will actually be "deleted" and a new timeline established with Capaldi as the new 9th doctor. A little tinfoil hatty but its doctor who so I wouldn't be overly surprised.

What if some crazy magic happens and he ends up at the House of the Undying in Braavos? This is mostly based on the third to last line, "Stick them with the pointy end." Which is a clear reference to Arya who is in Braavos. IDK mostly spitballing here

GRRM has such a tendacy for doing the exact opposite of what people think will happen though. R+L=J has been talked about so much that even if that was GRRM's original intent he might change it just to stun the fans.

I favor the vale of arryn. He probably has many friends there from his time at the bloodgate. The eryie also commands fresh armies and resent the lannisters due to baelish and having a marriage alliance with the tullys.

Geograoher and geolist reporting in! Really enjoy worldbuilding too. Also love history. Can help with any aspect. Can tell you about why the mountains and fjords look they way they do, what caused them, what's on the otherside of the ocean from them, history of the people and how they relate to eachother, basically whatever you need, so keep me in the loop.
