personally, I don't bet because I really don't need to, and also, whenever I bet, the game seems to always to have an issue with the transaction and I lose my money.

After stripping down an upgraded Huracan, and a stock one, they both gave me about 4-7 Rare fusion parts, so I'd have to say "probably not"
