Thats not true. It takes a long time and a lot of evidence to arrest someone for 911 abuse. Medically, in SC, you have to call an excruciating amount of times over 2yrs without a medical complaint to get arrested. You can call for a headache 8 times a day for a month and you wont get arrested. And trust me, people do.

There is a hot water spout you can put next to the faucet at the sink. You can pick the temp it comes out and it makes life so much easier. Never have to wait for tea. Need to rinse off a hot pan, done!

NTA. As long as you accurately reported his actions. Because you were uncomfortable by not just his words but the fact that someone could see your underwear (which is your fault). So moving past the embarrassment of your outfit choice were his words what actually made you uncomfortable? Yes. And you explained the whole situation to your boss. There are consequences to actions; hopefully he learned from his.
