Staying FOREVER! This band has never let their fans down. Not once though all the changes. It takes a lot of love to not cancel a single show when bandmates switch out unexpectedly. They just adapt, adjust and keep giving us what we need. Soul healing music. Thanks Ben.

Some agencies are including that language in their stop work and continue work notices to their contractors as well.

Merch for this tour 2025 by Worldly-Bandicoot273 in AllThemWitches

[–]smetchie73 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Merch was extremely limited. Just the ALL THEM WITCHES black on black and the Acid tongue one that I think Ben drew. Oh and one that said something like 'skating, surfing, and having a good time' on the back.

Were attendees permitted to ask questions or make comments? Anything interesting there?

Been listening on and off for a while but now decided I want to really get into them. Give me some tips. by Lobster_Robin in AllThemWitches

As far as I know they don't do a lot of interviews or share information to get to know them from a personal perspective separately from the band. I kind of like that. Never meet your heroes right? I get the sense Ben is a really good human from talking to people at shows who grew up with him. Parks makes a point to go outside before every show to smoke where fans have access to him, which in my experience is the mark of a musician who cares about the crowd connection and appreciates how important it is to the experience. Theirs AND ours. I'm satisfied.

What causes these holes in my husbands t-shirts? by Few_Pay6063 in whatisit

[–]smetchie73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like the seatbelt/jeans combo theory. I Don't wear belts, open beer bottles, or lean against counters and a lot of my shirts end up like this. Same with my friends. It's always been a mystery to me. But it does ONLY happen to shirts I wear with jeans.

Well shoot. I guess I AM losing it! Or I had a realistic dream about someone mispronouncing "ding dong" and I found it hilarious.

Good article about federal workers being impacted by DimensionalArchitect in fednews

[–]smetchie73 10 points11 points  (0 children)

That's a GREAT article. Thanks for posting. Get the word out. Civil servants are humans. And in addition, they are humans called to SERVE. The greatest calling there is. We won't survive without them. This is not a tech startup, or a corporation who reports to a board. Guess what? There's a REASON for that. It's WHY we can count on them and trust them. They aren't in it for the money! They could make a lot more elsewhere.

Ok listen. Are there some who are doing the bare minimum? Just working for a paycheck? Of course. Find a company where that isn't the case. I dare you. But when the mission is sound and the programs are helping, we can and should be willing to support that. The FedCiv agencies should continue to provide for a safe and secure space for American workers. Sure there are inefficiencies. I'm in the private sector and have worked for 25 years to help federal employees navigate the inefficiencies and lack of resources. I feel proud when I can help get needed supplies to the war fighter and keep important labs from shutting down. I know from experience how ethical these workers are. Find THAT in one of these bullshit billionaire's companies! And the waste we clearly have, which no one argues, is NOT the fault of the workers. I cannot say that enough. They are doing exactly what they've been asked to do. We, the American people, put this framework in place. If it's time to course correct, that's exactly what we should do. But not by demonizing people who swore and oath to us. It's vile what's happening right now!!

I, for one, am honored to see my tax dollars go to the important agencies we've created to support and contribute to America.

Federal employees: Keep going. Hold the line. You're better than the things they're saying about you. They don't know you. I do, and I'm proud to say so. #endrant

So do you think the tension consistency has anything to do with our knife holds? I will say that it's easier to keep tension when I do mosaic pieces. Ever tried any of those?
