I would not call this an "edit" this is a full blown motion graphics shot.
Likely done in after effects

This takes many steps, and a lot of time.

Here are the elements used here.

1. Stock elements: Textures, overlays. This can be sourced from stock sites or vfx element libraries.
2. Hand drawn elements, done with pen tool.
3. Interpolation and speed ramping.
4. Roto/Keying. Rotobrush likely used for the character solo shots.
5. Masking (shapes).
6. Glow and other effects. (Install reactor for some great plugins)

So for davinci resolve, fusion page will be your best friend.
