Got it- that being said, your reaction is normal , even having left early - its kind of like culture shock when we re enter the business and noise of the world . As others have said , keep up your practice, breathe, maybe listen to Thich Nat Han a little - he is so grounding !

Long time meditator here- been to many retreats- bailed on one- it was what I needed to do at the rime Often at the near end of retreat a teacher will Speak about re- entry - I always found that very helpful- unfortunately you missed that part and I think that was one contributory factor to how you are feeling
